Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering (name, phone number, email address), health information you voluntarily submit for consultations and second opinions, usage data including device identifiers and app interaction logs, and location data (with your permission) for Home Care services.
How We Use Your Information
To match you with appropriate healthcare providers based on specialty and location. To generate and deliver medical reports, prescriptions, and care plans. To send appointment reminders, case updates, and service notifications. To improve app performance and personalise your experience.
Data Sharing
We share your health data only with the doctor who accepts your case or consultation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used for research and quality improvement.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Firebase Security Rules restrict access so only you and your assigned doctor can view your documents. Medical records are stored in compliance with HIPAA and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@opinioo.com. Account deletion removes all identifiable data within 30 days. Health records required for legal purposes may be retained for up to 7 years as mandated by Indian medical law.
Cookies & Analytics
The app uses Firebase Analytics (anonymous, aggregated) to understand usage patterns and improve features. No third-party advertising SDKs are present. You can opt out of analytics in Profile → Settings.
